College

There, before me, stands a world unknown
I try to look beyond these 4 walls alone
However, it's daunting to stand on my own
For it shows that I am almost fully grown
There are guides who have shown me the way
But what am I suppose to do when
They are really far away
They have not only taught me everyday
but they helped me get time where I am today
I might have to move a great distance
And live another existence
I will have to learn to do so
With little resistance
And make it through with
Some persistence
Although it's but another place to learn
It's the very something I yearn
Therefore I will get something
I want to earn
But for now, I must wait patiently
For my turn
